Job Description

Title:

Trainee Recruiter- US Staffing  (US Time Zone)

Andheri East, Mumbai (Walkable from Andheri Station)

Work Time:

8 pm to 5 am IST/ 9 pm to 6 am IST shifts

BASIC FUNCTION

If you are seeking a rewarding opportunity in the Recruiting industry, you may be the executive to join our team. ICS has experienced tremendous growth and is looking for passionate Recruiters for our US Staffing team.

This position is responsible for sourcing right candidates, scheduling, following up & closing positions for Infinite’s esteemed clients. A result driven professional willing to take complete ownership of end to end recruitment.

The ideal candidate can be an entry level College Graduate who enjoys working with people or someone looking to transition from a BPO, Travel, Airline industry to a Recruiting industry  

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Perform Recruiting Lifecycle (candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc.)
• Proactive hiring on contract and perm positions.
• Scheduling Interviews, communicating effectively with AM/Leads and Manager.
• Uploading, Monitoring and maintaining Job Postings on Job Portals
• Recruit US Citizens & Other work authorizations
• Source resumes from the different portals, Vendors, databank, employee references, networking, headhunting etc.
• Write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
• Develop & create brand name of the company

• Excellent spoken & written English
• Good interpersonal communication & negotiation skills
