Job Description

Position – Trainee Recruiter
Experience - Fresher
Location – Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities-
-Find and attract qualified applicants for open positions.
- Amending applicant's CVs.
- Obtaining references.
- Researching.
- Taking incoming calls and questions.
- Field calls and questions.
- Maintain a client database on open requirement,
- Maintaining the company database.
- Organising consultant's schedules.
- Support the recruitment team in a competitive work environment
- Work closely with the Recruitment leads and Account managers
- Display improvements for our candidate journey (sourcing, selection and onboarding
process)
- Maintain compliance in Applicant Tracking Systems
- Work on social media recruitment
- Engage and improve employee referrals
- Should have good candidate engagement skill

Qualification
- Any Bachelors/Master’s degree preferably in Human Resource or equivalent
- This position requires great adaptability, autonomy, and good written as well as verbal
communication
- Bachelor’s Degree in management or equivalent
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications
- The ability to build rapport with candidates
- The ability to handle multiple requirement
- Strong negotiations and leadership skills
- Exceptional customer services skills
- Excellent communication skill
