The Trainee Quality Engineer-Automotive in the Fabrication and Powder coating industry based in Pune, Chikhali, will be responsible for various quality assurance tasks. As a part of the team, you will be involved in incoming inspection using ERP QA and generating reports. Additionally, you will be required to provide first part approval, conduct in-process inspection, and prepare reports for fabrication and powder coating activities. Monitoring daily updates on rework and rejection reports, as well as performing PDIR before dispatch, will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be expected to send emails related to PDIR and handle COPQ, in-house plan, and customer plan (rejection and rework) on a monthly basis. Discrepancies between system entry and actual ERP entry for rework and rejection will need to be addressed and resolved. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is in the day shift from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should have a BE/DME education background and 1-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in PDIR and COPQ. The work location is in person at Chikhali, Pune, Maharashtra, hence reliable commuting or planning to relocate is preferred before starting work.,
