Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract high-quality candidates across various industries. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Performance Tracking: Monitor recruitment and client acquisition metrics to assess effectiveness and make improvements. Administrative Support: Keep accurate records and handle HR documentation related to recruitment and client interactions. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, and client acquisition. Start-up experience is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Education: Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
