You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to gain insights into market dynamics, customer trends, and sales forecasts across various fruits and vegetables categories. By analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and competitor activities, you will be able to identify opportunities and potential risks within the category. Your role will involve developing and executing Category Trade Plans that are in line with business objectives and cater to customer needs effectively. You will be responsible for creating promotional strategies, pricing strategies, and assortment plans that aim to drive category growth and enhance profitability. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of trade promotions and initiatives will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will need to make necessary adjustments to maximize the return on investment (ROI) based on the performance metrics. Effective communication with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams is crucial to ensure alignment and garner support for the trade plans. Regular reporting and presentations on category performance, trade spend effectiveness, and market trends will be part of your routine tasks.,
