Greetings from Techwise Digital Private Ltd Hiring for Investment banking firm Role : Transaction Reporting role Location : whitefield ,Bangalore Notice period : Immediate to 15days only Contract Duration : 6 Months Years of Experience : 5 to 10 Years Roles and Requirements With a higher education background from an engineering school, business school, or university with a specialization in computer science or finance, you have at least 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting functions or related to capital markets. You have expertise in: Derivative transactions and securities, as well as their front-to-back processes; One or more regulatory reporting regimes such as MMSR/SMMD, MIFID2, EMIR, or SFTR; Data manipulation and analysis using Excel; One or more systems such as Murex, Sophis, Calypso, Summit. You have excellent interpersonal skills, very good listening abilities, and you are: Proactive and autonomous; Curious and meticulous; Organized. You are proficient in English with a B2 level. You will join the transaction regulatory reporting factory team of global markets operations as a regulatory reporting officer. Within this team, your overall mission will be to ensure, through a coordination role among the various stakeholders involved, the implementation, monitoring, and quality of the regulatory reports submitted to the regulators. On a daily basis, your missions will include: Specifying, tracking, and validating requests for changes, corrections, remediations, and the implementation of controls with compliance and IT teams; Responding to inquiries from regulators, audits, compliance, and counterparties in coordination with the operational teams of global market operations; Organizing and conducting periodic controls (completeness, quality, timeliness, etc.); Participating in the validation of reporting scenarios in the context of regulatory changes and updates to global market IT systems Interested candidates can share their resumes to girish.gowda@techwisedigital.com along with their Current ctc and Notice period,
