Position: Trade Marketing Manager Location: Kakkanad (Full-time, On-site) Area to be covered: South India Key Responsibilities: Strategic Development: Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to boost sales and market share across India. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor Trade Marketing Executives, fostering high performance and professional growth. Retailer & Distributor Management: Build strong relationships, negotiate trade terms, and optimize product visibility. Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to drive cohesive execution of trade marketing initiatives. Brand Consistency: Ensure uniform brand messaging and impactful trade marketing campaigns. Budget Management: Optimize resource allocation and track ROI for trade marketing activities. What Were Looking For: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: 5-7 years in trade marketing (preferably in FMCG or fashion industry). Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
