In this role as a Trade Lifecycle Associate at JPMorgan Chase, you will manage a team of Specialists and Analysts to engage with customers and provide solutions. Your accountability will include achieving service metrics, financial goals, and employee satisfaction. Decision-making, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with risk guidelines will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include executing business initiatives through open communication, making informed decisions using expertise and policies, identifying and owning process improvement opportunities, ensuring adherence to policies and resolving escalations, managing team performance, and motivating sustained results. You will be expected to demonstrate firm-wide Manager Capabilities, track progress through feedback and self-evaluation, develop and deliver executive and external reporting, enhance department performance with increased authority, recommend solutions, and implement process changes. Additionally, you will partner with change management leadership as needed. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related function, exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate effective influencing skills, proficiently utilize change management skills, prioritize tasks efficiently, analyze data to drive decisions, and hold a High School diploma/GED. Preferred qualifications include previous financial industry experience, people management experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills, understanding of financial products and services, ability to adapt to changing business needs, and experience in leading teams through complex processes.,
