Job Description
As a TPM & System Coordinator in the Operations department located at C-5/9 Part-B Five Star MIDC Shendra, you are required to have a DME / BE (Mechanical) educational background along with a minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in system handling. Your responsibilities include conducting internal and external system audits. If experienced, you should possess deep knowledge about TPM & Its pillars. Your primary responsibility is to lead the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) transformation and drive cultural shift within the organization for continuous improvement. You need to identify difficulties and resistance to change, guiding individuals and teams through the change process. Your expertise in TPM will help in prioritizing and managing multiple improvement projects. Ensuring safety is a top priority, you must complete all required safety training and conduct work in accordance with safety policies and procedures. It is your duty to implement and oversee the TPM Strategy within the plant and introduce autonomous maintenance in plant production. Collaboration with stakeholders and keeping the management team updated on TPM program status is crucial. You will be the primary point of contact for all site TPM inquiries and communications. Benchmarking best practices with other facilities/managers, removing roadblocks, and facilitating communications are part of your role. Working with PM technicians to develop operator checklists, auditing TPM processes, monitoring TPM milestone metrics, managing program health, and addressing non-compliance are key responsibilities that you will handle as a TPM & System Coordinator.,
