As a Tower Incharge - Civil In charge in the Property and Asset Management sector based in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all necessary utilities are provided to the occupants/tenants. You will oversee the maintenance of building drawings and ensure all drawing submissions and approvals are in place for fitout work. Collaboration with contractors will be crucial for addressing minor execution issues. Building maintenance and upkeep will fall under your key result areas. Your tasks will include maintaining records of building drawings, ensuring compliance with fitout manual guidelines, providing necessary permits for work activities, coordinating security arrangements, monitoring work progress, overseeing Snagging and De-snagging work, enforcing safety protocols, advising contractors on execution issues, and ensuring work meets client design specifications. Daily site visits for civil work layout checks, client meetings to address queries, maintaining a fitout tracker, providing energy conservation plans to clients, and managing as-built drawing documentation are also part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with management to enhance building conditions and cleanliness, maintain a transition document library, collaborate with regional teams, and ensure closure of required reports, emphasizing the slogan "No Safety No Work." Your work will be focused on Oberoi Sky City, a residential project in Borivali. The site dynamics, including the work schedule and site team composition, will be provided by the Property Manager. You will report to the Property Manager and collaborate with the operations team. To excel in this role, you should possess analytical and meticulous qualities. The ideal candidate will hold a Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
