Job Description
BANGALORE BASED, TRAVEL TRADE / EVENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF EXCEL & GOOD COMMUNICATION A MUST Working on the CRM. CMS website backend, Booking & Reservations System Servicing customer queries online and over the phone Managing reservations, rooming lists etc. Post sales customer support (visa documentation, extra nights, amendments etc). Execution of travel arrangements for travellers Keeping tours, dates and prices updated from season to season Maintaining the Tours on CMS REQUIRED SKILL & EXPERIENCE Minimum one year experience in planning and executing large-scale events / projects / tours Attention to detail and accuracy. Thorough and systematic work. Excellent organisational, communication, time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task Driven & motivated with a proven track record in managing systems and processes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexible, positive mindset to adapt to change Advanced computer skills and strong Google Office skills (advanced level). Self and open to being challenged Committed, willing to work long hours as required.,
