As a Total Rewards Analyst, APAC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs for the region. Reporting directly to the global Total Rewards leader, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment with business objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of an international and dynamic global HR organization, contributing significantly to Quaker Houghton's ambitious growth strategy in the region. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting all compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. - Collaborating with HR Business Partners to align reward strategies with business objectives. - Conducting market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages. - Participating in and recommending compensation and benefits harmonization approaches for acquisition integration and related projects. - Providing guidance and support to business managers and employees on reward-related matters. - Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. - Performing other related duties as assigned. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related field, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong hands-on experience in APAC Markets, including familiarity with laws, regulations, and regional differences within the region. - IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation is required. - Language: High level of proficiency in English is mandatory, additional languages are highly valued. - Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team. This position is based in India with flexibility in Kolkata, Pune, or Bangalore areas.
