Job Description

As a Retail TOT Certified Trainer at a Skill development Organisation in Bhubaneswar, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions for retail students and providing coaching to enhance their performance. Your role will involve focusing on effective communication techniques, customer service excellence, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to continuously improve them. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Training & Development, strong communication, and customer service abilities. Experience in coaching and mentoring retail staff, along with excellent organizational and time management skills, will be crucial. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Any prior experience in the industry will be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and a valid TOT certificate from Retail, Apparel, Tourism & Hospitality, ITeS, or other Sector Skill Councils is required.
