Job Title: Tool and Die Maker Location: Hubballi, Karnataka 580026 Company: AB Stampings Pvt Ltd Contact: Shahzaman Mujahid 9060626961 Job Description: We are looking for a Tool and Die Maker with 3 to 5 years of experience, particularly in progressive tools for motor stamping manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in tool design, operation, and maintenance, and must have a good grasp of CAD and computer tools. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain progressive dies for motor stamping Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Use CAD software for tool design and modifications Perform tool trials, troubleshoot issues, and carry out tool corrections Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of tools and dies Collaborate with production and QC teams to resolve technical issues Maintain documentation of tool designs, changes, and performance history Follow safety and quality standards at all stages of tooling operations Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in tool and die making ITI/Diploma in Tool and Die Making or Mechanical Engineering Experience in progressive tool manufacturing for motor stampings Proficiency in CAD software and basic computer skills Familiarity with quality standards in manufacturing Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of stamping tool mechanics and materials Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to quality Effective communication and time management skills About Us: AB Stampings Pvt Ltd was established in 1994 with just two power presses and has grown into a trusted manufacturing unit located in Tarihal Industrial Estate, Hubballi.
