You are a highly motivated and dynamic TMT Steel Projects Sales Executive, responsible for spearheading B2B project sales in the construction and infrastructure sector in Bangalore. With prior experience in selling TMT steel or construction materials, you will leverage your strong relationships within the real estate and infrastructure ecosystem to drive sales. Your proactive sales approach will be crucial in managing project-based client engagements from lead generation to post-sales support. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and generating leads from ongoing and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, promoting and pitching TMT steel products, preparing and submitting competitive quotations and tenders, achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, coordinating with internal departments for order execution, providing excellent after-sales support, and staying updated on industry trends. To excel in this role, you do not require a formal degree but should have 2-6 years of experience in B2B/project sales, ideally in TMT steel or building materials. A strong understanding of construction workflows, project procurement cycles, and sales processes is essential, along with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You should have a proven track record of closing large project or institutional sales and be willing to travel extensively for site visits, client meetings, and consultant interactions. Preferred qualifications include an existing network of industry contacts, self-motivation, target-driven attitude, capability of working independently, and good technical knowledge of TMT products and their specifications in construction projects. In return, you can expect a competitive fixed salary with attractive project-based incentives, travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, performance bonuses, and a salary ranging from 40k to 80k, depending on your qualifications and experience.,
