As the ideal candidate for this position, you will be responsible for guiding the IT team in designing and testing the GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) & Application Suvidha Provider (ASP) portal. Your role will also involve developing GST knowledge content such as guidance notes, FAQs, and News Updates for the GSP/ASP portal. Additionally, you will be required to respond to queries received on the E-Helpdesk, assist in conducting webinars & seminars, and participate in the training of indirect tax & marketing teams. Furthermore, you will be expected to perform other indirect tax functions as assigned. In terms of educational requirements, candidates with a CA qualification or a combination of B.Com and MBA are preferred. You should have a minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience. Desirable qualifications include 4-5 years of experience in consulting firms, especially Big Four consulting firms, or 4-5 years of working experience in software development companies like SAP, TCS, Infosys, etc. Your skills and competencies should include a strong understanding of Service Tax, VAT, Central Excise & Allied Laws, as well as GST Law & procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and advanced knowledge of TALLY/SAP are essential. You should also possess the ability to analyze the impact of changes in law and judgments, along with excellent writing and soft skills. A self-driven individual with leadership qualities to motivate and lead the team members would be an ideal fit for this role.,
