You are a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. Understanding customer needs and requirements will be crucial, as you will need to route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas will be a key part of your role, along with researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest. Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory is essential, as you will need to team up with internal stakeholders to build pipeline and close deals effectively. Conducting online demos to prospects will also be a part of your routine tasks. To qualify for this role, you should have proven inside sales experience of 1-2 years in selling to corporates, with a track record of over-achieving quota. A strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day are required. Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools, as well as experience working with Zoho or similar CRM, will be beneficial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation abilities, and the capacity to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively are also essential. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bangalore with a salary of 23k ctc per month. Immediate joining is required, and there are 50 positions available. Any graduate can apply, but proficiency in English and Hindi languages is mandatory. The work schedule is day shift with fixed hours.
