Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at Polygon Chemicals, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the Marketing Executive in conducting trials. Your role will involve upgrading the existing product range, improving product quality, and developing cost-effective alternatives to current formulations while maintaining high quality standards. You will actively innovate new chemical compositions for optimal performance and implement the latest and cost-effective processing methods. Your duties will also include monitoring the quality of raw material production, establishing raw material specifications, and representing the company in technical presentations with various organizations and corporate entities. Marketing of construction chemicals in India and abroad to meet specified targets will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will oversee quality control testing procedures, guide customers on-site, conduct and supervise trials when necessary, and build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, applicators, and contractors. Additionally, you will provide feedback to management on product trial results, offer training to junior team members, and provide technical support to the Sales & Marketing Team.
