As a valued team member, your main responsibilities will include assisting in food service operations by setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and dining spaces, washing and storing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment properly, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, disposing of waste and recyclables according to hotel policies, assisting kitchen staff with food preparation and delivery, monitoring and replenishing kitchen supplies and cleaning materials, collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to deliver excellent guest service, and carrying out other duties as assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor or Executive Chef. To excel in this role, previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen support position is advantageous, along with knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food handling. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have the capacity to stand for extended periods, possess strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills, and be willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic communication skills in English are required, with additional languages considered a plus.
