Responsibilities: - Resolving day-to-day tickets related to integration processes - Collaborating cross-functionally with Platform Lead, Product Analyst, Release Manager, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to design and implement integration pipelines following standard architectural patterns - Developing reusable artifacts to streamline integration processes - Creating user guides and best practices for SnapLogic tool adoption and usage - Providing full-lifecycle tooling guidance and reusable artifacts to product teams - Working with Integration Dev Ops Lead and vendor teams to build and manage integrations - Participating in continuous improvement discussions with business and IT stakeholders as part of the scrum team Skills: - 3+ years of relevant experience - Hands-on experience with SnapLogic and associated Snap Packs - Familiarity with API terminologies and API integration, preferably MuleSoft - Proficiency in RDBMS like Oracle and expertise in writing complex SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures - Adherence to IT Service Delivery Framework in AD activities - Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently - Excellent problem-solving skills - Experience with process tools such as JIRA and Confluence,
