The Retail Associate position at our establishment in Alwarpet, Chennai, requires someone with exceptional customer service skills who can greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products while sharing valuable product knowledge. In addition to creating or updating customer profiles, the Retail Associate will be responsible for processing purchases and returns, as well as alerting management to any potential security issues that may arise. Inventory management tasks such as receiving and stocking merchandise will also be part of the Retail Associate's responsibilities. Furthermore, the Retail Associate will be expected to contribute to the store opening and closing procedures. This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed shift schedule. The candidate should be open to working night shifts if required. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of total work experience, although this is preferred and not mandatory.
