In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team that maintains, upgrades, and modernizes the Edge platform. You will provide expert guidance to development and testing teams, enhancing productivity and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** - Build and lead an engineering team focused on maintaining and upgrading core infrastructure on the Edge Clinical Workflow Platform. - Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to the Edge development and QA teams across core functional areas. - Collaborate with DevOps for effective cooperation on DevOps initiatives. - Manage infrastructure upgrades for key tools and technologies on the platform. - Enhance Edge scalability, resiliency, and reliability. - Improve observability into core components of the Edge Platform. - Assist in addressing vulnerabilities identified during scans and audits. - Mentor junior engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and supporting their development. **Competencies:** - Experience in building and managing high-performing teams. - Familiarity with relational databases and upgrading tools on mission-critical platforms. - Knowledge of leading Cloud platforms and CI/CD tools. - Experience with application monitoring tools. - Ability to collaborate across various stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Over 10 years of technology experience. - Minimum 3 years of managing high-performing teams.
