Job Description
As an HR recruiter at our organization, you will play a crucial role in finding the right individuals for various job positions. Your experience in HR recruitment will be essential as you will be responsible for screening, talent acquisition, interviewing, and employee onboarding processes. We are seeking a candidate who is enthusiastic about discovering untapped talent, contributing to organizational growth, and supporting individuals in developing successful careers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior HR managers to gain insights into the company's hiring needs across different departments and roles. Your responsibilities will include managing the full recruiting lifecycle, fostering relationships with potential candidates, and utilizing databases efficiently to fill open positions. Additionally, you will work alongside the talent acquisition team to create and implement effective recruitment strategies.
