Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions. You should possess a deep understanding of the involved concepts and be capable of communicating effectively and confidently while articulating clearly. It is essential to adapt your teaching strategies based on the audience's level, deliver courses with technical depth and breadth, and offer industry perspectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing students" work to provide appropriate guidance and feedback. Your role will also encompass evaluating the overall effectiveness of the training program and implementing improvements as necessary. This position is available for both Full-Time and Freelancer employment types. Required technical skills include expertise in Java full-stack, Dotnet full-stack, Data Science full-stack, Data Analytics full-stack, SDET full-stack, MEAN or MERN stack, as well as cloud platforms like AWS, AZURE, and GCP. You should have a profound understanding of your specialized technology and be adept at applying concepts in practical scenarios. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering successful training sessions. A degree in any field with exceptional communication skills is the preferred qualification.
