Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our services/products, and closing deals. A sports background is essential to help understand the clients" needs and communicate the value of our offerings effectively. Sometimes, you will be required to visit schools to conduct Sports Education Programs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education, fitness, and sports sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and corporate clients. Conduct product/service presentations, demos, and follow-ups with leads. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions for clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports to the sales manager. Represent the company at exhibitions, sports events, and networking meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of sales experience preferred (freshers with sports achievements will be considered). Strong passion for sports and fitness; prior experience as an athlete, coach, or sports professional is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of physical education, fitness training, or sports management.
