As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in addressing complex design challenges, enhancing design processes, and contributing to strategic product decisions to elevate the user experience. Your responsibilities will include delivering innovative design solutions, improving design patterns and standards, engaging in cross-team reviews, presenting design solutions to stakeholders, and communicating technical and product decisions effectively. You will need to integrate technology stack capabilities into your design solutions, consistently produce high-quality design artifacts, synthesize qualitative and quantitative data for feature-level design solutions, and impact customer experience and design trade-offs at the product level. It is essential to challenge the status quo with a customer-centric approach, apply expertise in core UX disciplines, identify and mitigate design risks early, and balance short- and long-term design requirements with engineering needs. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in product design or UX design. You should have a robust portfolio showcasing your design process and high-quality artifacts, proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability testing. Excellent communication skills, the ability to synthesize data for design decisions, and effectively managing project timelines are also crucial for success in this role.,
