You are urgently looking for a Plumbing Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience (added advantage for FM Industry). The position available is for 1 male candidate at Kilabakkam Bus Stand. As a Plumbing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing plumbing operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the plumbing systems. You are expected to be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong leadership skills. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of plumbing technicians, coordinating plumbing projects, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will also be required to handle day-to-day operations, troubleshoot plumbing issues, and maintain inventory of plumbing supplies. Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with a yearly bonus.
