Job Description

As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. You are required to actively participate/contribute in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems. As a leader of a team of software developers, your role involves guiding and supporting your team, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, designing and implementing software solutions based on business needs, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of software projects. You will also be responsible for conducting code reviews, providing feedback to team members, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, identifying and resolving technical issues and bugs, and offering technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. In terms of professional & technical skills, proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is a must. You should possess a strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, experience with database management systems such as Oracle or MySQL, knowledge of programming languages like Java or Python, and hands-on experience with version control systems like Git or SVN. Additionally, experience with data integration tools like Informatica or Talend, familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, experience with Agile development methodologies, solid understanding of software testing and debugging techniques, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are considered advantageous. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and a 15 years full-time education is required. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.,
