Job Description

As a **MEP Site Engineer** at PHINCO ENGINEERING, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems at construction sites in Hyderabad. With a minimum of 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality standards and timely completion of projects. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating MEP installations, collaborating with project stakeholders to resolve technical issues, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards, managing subcontractors, performing inspections and testing of systems, and maintaining documentation of site activities and quality checks. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, along with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in MEP construction projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design, and execution, excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency in project management software and MS Office, and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings are essential requirements. Preferred qualifications include experience in high-rise buildings or large-scale infrastructure projects, knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
