Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting in the setup and operation of sheet metal machinery, which includes presses, shears, and CNC machines. It is crucial to follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Your role will involve reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications accurately to guarantee precise production. Furthermore, you will participate in quality control processes to meet industry standards for finished products. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area is essential. As part of your responsibilities, you will learn and apply various techniques for metal finishing, such as grinding, polishing, and coating. Supporting the production team in achieving daily production targets and deadlines is a key aspect of this role. You are expected to promptly report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor. Continuous improvement of skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and other educational opportunities is encouraged. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a yearly bonus offered.
