Job Description
As an Insurance Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for providing process and BPO product training to individuals with a qualification of HSC/Graduates and 1-2 years of relevant experience in Insurance Sales. Your age should be between 18 to 38 years, and you must possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Your role will involve conducting training sessions and ensuring that the trainees are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills required for insurance sales. The designation is Insurance Sales Trainer, and the work location is in Koramangala, Bangalore. This is a full-time position with 6 working days and a rotational week off. The working hours will be any 9 hours in a rotational shift between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Health insurance and Provident Fund benefits are included, along with a yearly bonus. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and a minimum of 1 year of training experience in Insurance Sales is required. Fluency in English is a must.
