Position: Green Building & LEED Professional (BD+C & O+M) Experience: 5+ years Location: Gurgaon Lead certification processes for LEED BD+C and LEED O+M, WELL, BREEAM, Estidama, conduct energy modeling, and similar green building standards. Oversee documentation, submission, and communication with certification bodies. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote sustainability and innovation. Support Green Building Business Development. Qualifications: - M.Tech/B.Tech- Architecture/Mechanical - Accredited Professional in LEED, WELL, BREEAM, Estidama, or similar certifications. - Proven track record of delivering high-performance green building projects. - Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
