Your responsibilities will include: Research and Outreach: - Creating a database of high-worth individuals (HNIs), Pune-based companies, CSR initiatives, grants, and incubators to support Micro Leaps" mission. - Identifying and researching opportunities to enhance Micro Leaps" visibility through participation in conferences, op-eds, and various other platforms. - Establishing the initial point of contact by sending personalized emails to potential donors and partners. Communication and Content Creation: - Crafting compelling messages, emails, and posts to engage donors and supporters, fostering long-term investment in Micro Leaps" initiatives. - Developing creative content such as impact reports, social media posts, videos, and newsletters to highlight Micro Leaps" mission, accomplishments, and future goals. Digital Marketing and Campaigns: - Managing social media platforms and updating the organization's website to maintain consistent and engaging communication with the public.
