As an Estimation & CRM Executive (Modular Furniture) at CMA Modular Systems Pvt Ltd in Jaipur, Rajasthan, you will play a crucial role in the core modular furniture industry. With 3-6 years of experience exclusively in modular furniture, your expertise in estimation, pricing, and production coordination will be essential. Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate cost estimations, analyzing BOQs, managing SKUs, maintaining client relationships, coordinating between designers and the factory, and ensuring smooth project execution. Your key responsibilities will involve preparing precise cost estimations and quotations based on project requirements, analyzing material costs for competitive pricing, managing SKU units and pricing structures, and utilizing CRM software for client interactions. You will collaborate with procurement teams, update project data, generate detailed reports, and coordinate with designers and the factory to ensure accurate technical drawings, production feasibility, and timely delivery. Your educational background in Civil, Mechanical, Interior Design, or related fields along with industry expertise in modular furniture manufacturing, materials, and hardware will be crucial. Proficiency in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/CRM tools will be required. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to coordinate between multiple teams. If you have prior experience in a factory setup of a modular furniture company and knowledge of ERP systems for order tracking and material procurement, it will be considered a plus.
