Job Description
As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for interacting with Client Stakeholders and offering highly integrated research support. Your tasks will involve conducting pre-investment ESG due diligence, adhoc ESG research, such as analyzing sustainability reports, creating sector/regulation writeups, preparing presentations, and maintaining backups. Additionally, you will assist in project planning and execution, collaborating internally to ensure the timely delivery of the final output. Your role will also entail updating and managing the clients" proprietary/ESG database. It is essential to exhibit a positive attitude and the capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Previous knowledge of ESG/Sustainability and Credit research would be advantageous. Moreover, you will be expected to guide and provide mentorship to junior team member(s). Key skills required for this position include the ability to categorize companies by sector and conduct assessments based on their ESG disclosures and publicly available information. Familiarity with the concept of materiality and ESG reporting standards like SASB, TCFD, etc., is crucial. You must ensure the production of high-quality ESG research and demonstrate strong analytical skills when handling adhoc requests. Proficiency in written English, excellent communication skills, and adept client relationship management abilities are also essential qualities for this role.,
