Our retail outlets aim to provide customers with a distinctive shopping experience centered around lifestyle technology products. With a wide network of 52 multi-brand stores across different locations, Unilet has built a reputation for delivering precise, reliable, and consistent customer service. As a full-time HE Department Manager at our Tumkur store, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operations and management of the Home Entertainment department. Your duties will include ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective customer service, managing inventory levels, and working closely with the sales team to boost sales and achieve set targets. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in retail management, particularly within the consumer electronics sector. A solid understanding of Home Entertainment products such as TVs, Audio Systems, and related electronics is essential. Your role will also require strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, your capacity to analyze sales data and market trends will be crucial in making well-informed decisions that drive departmental performance.
