Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive with a strong sales background, you will be responsible for converting leads provided by our Dubai office and targeting clients in India. Your primary goal will be to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions to achieve sales targets. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups and proactive communication. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience as a Sales/Support Executive or in a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, all while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach. Your organizational and time-management skills will be crucial in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and objectives within defined timelines.
