Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. As a Customer Success Manager, your role will involve contributing to building relationships and implementing new programs to increase business and revenue potential while minimizing churn rates. You will be responsible for supporting customers as they transition from sales products and establishing close relationships that often extend beyond individual projects or job orders, leading to lasting process ownership within the business itself. Your primary focus will be on working directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they remain active accounts with us. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other team members to address customer questions and concerns promptly. Responsibilities: - Establish clear client and retention goals. - Define milestones for clients and employees to work towards. - Assist customers in setting up and navigating programs or software. - Promote the value of the product and enhance customer experience. - Develop training courses and educational materials. - Address customer complaints and concerns to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role. - Experience in managing brand image and promoting value through customer experience. - Exceptional communication skills to foster positive business relationships. - Technical proficiency related to the product or service being offered. - Accountability and strong personal organization skills. - Experience in managing a diverse group and providing training according to company standards.
