Job Description
You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Your role will involve identifying target areas for prospective business, pre-screening customer segments according to organization norms, and ensuring the number of logins along with disbursements. To ensure high customer satisfaction levels, you will need to proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products as per their requirements. Executing sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Building strong client relationships internally and externally, as well as establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers, will be crucial. You will also be expected to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and build strong distribution channels. Compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations is essential to the role. Therefore, you will need to ensure adherence to these regulations at all times.,
