Job Description

You will be responsible for answering phones and explaining the products and services offered by the company to both existing and prospective customers using provided scripts. You will need to obtain customer information and other relevant data, ask questions to understand customer specifications, and resolve queries and issues related to the products and services. Recording all sales phone calls and deals, taking and processing product orders professionally, and maintaining the customer database regularly are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be expected to suggest solutions based on customer needs and requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, strong decision-making skills, outstanding problem-solving skills, good product knowledge, and the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
