As a Full-Time Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy for various platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. Your primary tasks will include creating original, high-quality content like on-site content, videos, stories, and reels. It will be essential to engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and actively participating in online conversations. Staying updated with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates will be a crucial part of your role to ensure that the content remains relevant and engaging. Utilizing metrics and insights to analyze content performance and making necessary adjustments to improve reach and engagement will also be one of your key responsibilities. Managing content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent posting and timely content releases will play a significant role in your day-to-day activities. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor competitors and industry trends to generate creative ideas and strategies for content creation. Implementing paid social media campaigns and assisting in influencer partnerships when applicable will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator. Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and analytics tools is essential. Strong skills in writing, editing, and visual storytelling are required. Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software is also preferred. Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement tactics will be beneficial. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial for success in this position. You should be creative, self-motivated, and passionate about staying ahead in the digital landscape. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. Preferred experience includes at least 1 year in content creation and social media marketing. The work location is in-person.
