We are seeking a motivated CNC Operator (Fresher) to be a part of our team. You should possess a fundamental understanding of CNC machines, a strong willingness to acquire new knowledge, and a meticulous attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include operating CNC machines, upholding quality standards, and supporting production processes. Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC machines under supervision. - Load raw materials and set up machines for production. - Adhere to blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. - Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments. - Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Adhere to safety and company guidelines. Requirements: - Education: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, CNC Programming, or a related field. - Experience: No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply. - Skills: - Basic understanding of CNC machines and machining processes. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred). - Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn. - Basic computer skills for machine operation.
