Join us in reforming education in India! We are an Amsterdam-based startup with a mission to empower the youth with the skills they need to achieve their career goals and life dreams. We are a small but mighty team with a visionary CEO and a tech-savvy CTO, and we are now looking for an innovative CMO to complete our founding team. We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications: - Experience: You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the education sector. - Communication Skills: Ability to connect with young people, guide them, and communicate effectively in their language. - Hands-On Attitude: Willingness to get hands-on and tackle tasks while being prepared to make significant decisions. - Passion & Detail: A keen eye for detail and a strong passion for education. Why should you join us - Unpaid to Start: While this role is initially unpaid, your time commitment will be limited to just 8 hours a week with no work on weekends. - Amsterdam Calling: We will fly you out to Amsterdam for 1-2 weeks of full-time brainstorming. Flights and accommodation will be covered by us. - Shape the Future: This is an opportunity to contribute to shaping a concept from its inception, with the potential to bring about real and lasting change. What's the timeline - Planning Phase: Collaborative concept development over 3 months. - MVP Creation: Form a team and prepare the Minimum Viable Product. - 6 Months Post-MVP: Aim to secure funding, leading to a transition to a paid position.
