Requirements: - 6 months to 3 years of sales experience - Demonstrated success record in sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Annual budget range: INR 2,40,000 to 4,00,000 Roles and Responsibilities: - Generate leads using diverse channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media - Assess leads and pinpoint potential customers - Create and deliver sales proposals to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and close sales - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions - Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships - Contribute to the formulation and execution of sales strategies This is a full-time position with benefits that include a flexible schedule, paid time off, and work-from-home opportunities. The working schedule is during the day with additional perks such as a joining bonus, performance bonus, and shift allowance. Applicants should be able to commute or relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana. A Diploma is preferred as an educational qualification, and proficiency in Hindi is an added advantage. The work location is in person.
