This role requires a professional with more than 4 years of experience in analyzing and re-engineering financial operations, implementing technology solutions, and driving change within the organization to achieve operational excellence and sustainability. A Bachelors Degree in Management Studies is preferred with excellent problem-solving skills. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation projects, with a strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in financial operations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. - Excellent project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors. - Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management principles relevant to financial operations.
