As an Assistant Manager for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in healthcare RCM to ensure operational efficiency. Your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end RCM processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing revenue cycle processes. You will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and proficiency in RCM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial in this role to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
