The Acquisition RM-NRI position in Branch Banking is a field role that focuses on the NRI Banking Vertical. Reporting to the regional NRI Field Leadership, your main responsibility will be to attract new customers for the bank in your designated location. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement local customer acquisition strategies that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Drive customer acquisition numbers in the assigned location. - Monitor sales targets, performance, and take proactive steps to ensure sales excellence. - Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies in local markets to attract new customers. - Establish and nurture relationships with local B2B partners to facilitate customer acquisition. - Work closely with the Branch Network and NRI Business vertical to convert leads into customers. - Share customer needs and market trends feedback with local field leadership. - Develop the ability to engage with customers and build trust through telephonic interactions.
