You are looking for a Male candidate who is willing to work in shifts. The ideal candidate should have a Graduation in any field, while a Post Graduation in MBA - HR / PGDM HR / MSW would be preferred. Fluency in English (both written and oral) is required, with knowledge of Kannada and Hindi being preferable. The job location is Malur, Karnataka, and candidates with an immediate or 15 days notice period are preferred. You must possess strong Data interpretation and Analytical skills, along with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Power Point is essential. The candidate should have experience in developing and enhancing relationships with employees and various departments, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to handle the Time office and Attendance of employees, both internal and external, using manual and software systems. You will also be responsible for preparing/reviewing Standard Operating Procedures/Policies related to HR management, submitting monthly and daily MIS reports to top management, managing employee leaves as per company policy, and assisting in employee salary increments and arrears. Additionally, you will support in ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws in the factory. Overall, the ideal candidate for this position should be a team player with strong work ethic, management skills, and a safety-oriented mindset. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines while prioritizing daily objectives and duties effectively.,
