We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Train & Air Booking Staff to join our team, The ideal candidate will handle reservations, issue tickets, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle train and air ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Assist customers in selecting the best travel options based on their requirements.
• Provide accurate information regarding fares, routes, schedules, and policies.
• Process payments and issue invoices for bookings.
• Coordinate with airlines, railways, and travel partners for smooth ticketing operations.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Keep track of industry trends, fare changes, and promotional offers.

Requirements:

• Experience in train and air ticket booking (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of travel booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or IRCTC portal (a plus).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
