Job Description

You should have 3+ years of experience in solutioning and developing case management and BPM workflow using TIBCO AMX BPM 4x. You must possess an understanding of BPM solution best practices and be capable of effectively communicating these practices to both business and technical teams. As a TIBCO AMX BPM expert, you will lead the project through all stages of the life cycle, including Process Analysis, Modeling AS-IS and TO-BE models, Integration of Processes with Services, Simulation of processes, development, and deployment. It is essential to have at least 3 years of experience in TIBCO Suite of Products. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have experience with Tibco BW 6x, Restful API, BPM Case Management framework, traditional workflow, and Custom UI framework from AMX TIBCO BPM to integrate with Angular JS 2.0. Good communication skills, strong analysis capabilities, and problem-solving skills are a must. You should be able to work effectively under deadlines and have experience working in an onsite offshore model. Familiarity with Agile way of Working is required for this position.
